Woot~third fan art practise for Ghost Sweeper Mikami! This is one of the main characters Yokoshima Tadao, Reiko's assistant.

This time I used the cover of wide version manga volume three as the reference picture, redrew and recolored the work. Opposing to previous works, this time I tried to start the work with real pencils, scanned the finished pencil work into computer, and finally added colors to the work from PainterX and PS. Previously I mostly erased lighter colors from the base color, this time I am trying a reversed method by using white brush with low opacity to make colors lighter.

A problem encountered initially was that pencil lines are not as clean as computer lines, perhaps in my next work i should try trace the scanned image from within PainterX.

The other problem would be to clean up the scanned image. I guess I'll need to practise more on that as well.
