i think that would be a pretty good story to have a cute character that everyone trusts at first but then once they go and pet it or something their skin starts to melt off there bones or something
anything and everything can be creepy if you give it the right story

Ok, but that's not who BOB's character is. It doesn't matter if you want to see him as an adorable guy, that's not who the creator made him, and that's not how anyone is supposed to see him. If you want a cute killer, make your own. But don't twist an existing pasta to the way you want them to be.

because I don't remember see such things like

I got all these directly from BOB's story, for the record.
So sure, maybe the author doesn't directly say that BOB can't be a cute character, but can you PLEASE explain what part of ANY of these quotes suggest that BOB is cute? I take it the author doesn't want BOB to be a cute, derpy, dude. I don't see long, dirty, toenails to be that attractive to be honest, but if that's your definition of cute, that's cool.
If you were giving an example, you should have made it a bit more clear, no?

Looks like somebody's been reading too many fan-fictions. Personality? Give me a break. The reason none of those quotes prove his "personality" is probably because he doesn't fucking have one. BOB isn't human. IF he does have a personality, my guess would be that it's sadistic and blood-thirsty.
Also, are you blind? Rabbit eyes and canine legs? Just so you know, there is an official picture of BOB. He's arm less and is supposedly much like The Rake. BOB has a specific design, and i'll assure you that it isn't what you're trying to say he is. So no, BOB couldn't have canine legs and snake nostrils like you fantasize.
And you just helped me prove my point. Long, dirty, toenails add to the scare factor, NOT THE NON-EXISTENT CUTE ONE. I don't care if you see him as cute, and I don't give a shit for your opinion.
I never said he wasn't cool, I think he has a cool design. But I'm just arguing that most people in the right mind would agree that he's not an adorable, cute, rabbit looking creature. But nonetheless, if you're going to persist that he's adorable and cute and what not, think that. But if you ever saw him in reality, I don't think you would think cute if he's drooling and wheezing in your face. But if you do, you'll be forcing yourself to think that.

I must admit that I didn't properly clarify me example and I realize this, but none of those quotes tell me his personality. So he could just as easily be clumsy or overly joyful.
And again I will admit that it does say hideous, but when it says that, I think or hideous as ( like you quoted) human but not quite....meaning it could have rabbit eyes, a snakes nostrils, aligator teeth, kainine legs, etc. and I could posibly find that adorable .....
Also the long dirty toenail thing, that just helps with the scary part of the story which makes him cooler in my eyes sooooooo.... Yea
i find him cute the same way I see a blood soaked lion attractive.
