Many thanks to Macorf81 for the continuous questions about my merfolk. He is, perhaps, the only reason this deviation got completed. I started it in 2017, after all, and have struggled against it ever since. Tonight, however, I decided that I could at least get the last of the concept down, even if it isn't as clean and detailed as I would prefer. I'm putting this one behind me!

The story here, because I know at least one person will want to know, is that a couple of male merfolk have visited one of the sunken buildings in the shallows near Adawa Island. Many merfolk live among the corals or in natural caves, but a few might live in these sunken ruins. This time, however, strange red glowing letters have appeared on the inner wall in a language they do not know. What does it say? What does it's appearance mean? Suddenly, intrigue and mystery has occurred in the otherwise sleepy and dull life of a merman.

No, I don't know what it says. I used to, back in 2017, but I've long since forgotten. I do remember it was something ominous and cliché, like, "Run for your lives. You're all going to die." At least, that's what I wanted Google Translate to make it say. But only someone who actually speaks that language will know if Google is lying or not.
