I made the Kids Next Door as NASCAR drivers for Operation N.A.S.C.A.R.: National Association Stock Car Auto Racing because that's what NASCAR stands for. Numbuh 1 (Nigel Uno) is still the leader of the Kids Next Door because they can group up together and Numbuh 362 (Rachel T. McKenzie) is the flag girl. Numbuh 362 black-flagged the Delightful Children at the Kids Next Door Speedway because the Kids Next Door were out in front just before the restart of the race, when the Delightful Children passed them, Numbuh 362 black flags them because passing through other cars before the restart of the race is not allowed.
