You should remove the color noise. The drawing is very nice, the color dots are distracting.

That's why I said "color noise". Because if you look at the picture closely and carefully you see hundreds of small spots of different color: red, green, blue, magenta, etc. This is color noise which does not exist in the original pencil drawing, therefore it is an unwanted parasite in the digital image as well (not to mention it looks bad). This appeared when you scanned / shot the picture, probably due to overly high ISO or bad scanner settings. You need some image processing software (like Photoshop) to remove all color from the picture and return it to its natural colorless state.

thank you for the explanation!!! now I realize what you're talking about... I've got no Photoshop, I use another software for the scanning, but it's not so good eventually....

You're welcome. Photoshop is not for scanning, it's for editing pictures. It is also not the only software out there, there's plenty of programs you can use. I'm sure there's free ones as well, and they would also be able to convert an image to grayscale.
