It's a shitty model, only works from the camera pov, no way you can rig it or use it in any... useful way. But if despite all this you are interested you can send me a note with an e-mail I'll see if I can find the file (it's 5 years old so I'm not sure I'll find it).

Hello, I could, but it's old and I don't remember well where I've stored this scene, I'll look into it and keep you posted if I find something. Just so you know I did it at school and the geometry sucks.

Would you by chance be bothered if I asked you if I could have the model file? I use a "program" called Garry's Mod, as do some others and we've been looking around for good Batman models to port to the program for use of the public.

Would this be out of the question?

Thank you. Good model.

Awesome work, Bruce would be proud, as would Paul Dini.

Heh my skills suck, but I was just in the process of modelling Harley. I found this from googling '3d Harley Quinn', I wanted to see how many other people made a Harley without it being related whatsoever to Arkham A/C.

Anyway, I was curious about your modelling process, did you 1)model her from nothing but memory and that picture that you linked and then posed the model, 2)model her from the turnaround sheet of her from BTAS, using common modelling techniques most people use when their modelling from a reference image and then posed her based on the linked picture, or 3)model her while referring to her turnaround sheet from BTAS but not using the image as a reference due to a lack of proper alignment or a good 3d-model pose?
(I have about a year or so of self-experience+tutorial-viewage related to 3d/2d art, but I still like to hear how other people made their stuff)

Hello, I'm glad you want to know about this model. So it is answer 1.

Our teacher first told us to create a template with linked bones (like a biped with Harley's proportions).
Then we had to pose it using the reference I posted, to keep something logical and in a good perspective (posture of the breasts, arms and legs that are important on this pose).
And after getting the right pose with that template, time for modeling, beginning with a cylinder (first low poly and the mesh smoothed).

So I had look at the turn around of course, to get some more information about her proportions, the way she archs her waist, her buttocks, etc... But it was not essential in the modelling, the most important was to get the proportions of the model with that template. The head was quite hard to model btw, known I had really few experience and that the reference drawing from Bruce Timm was not "fair" in the proportions and positions of members.

I hope you understood everything

Using the bones as a guide for where to model what; I tried that with a picture before, except I was using the bones for helping with depth while I modeled over the picture.
Interesting, maybe I should try that again.....well something like that anyway.
