Absolutely amazing.
The cat is positioned perfectly, creating the focus you need; and the contrast is done well. The hue of the outside window could be improved, and the cat might be a little too bright.
But other than that, it's great.

I like the way 'indoors' is black and white and 'outdoors' is color. Very nice composition!
