i’ve been busy with a lot of other things lately, but the thought of these two has not escaped me for one second lol - i’m pretty sure everyone and their mom knows at this point that i’m a teeny bit obsessed with their dynamic even though it was supposed to be a minor thing 🫥

A staple for me to think about is just them watching over each other as the other rests. not even supposed to be romantic, but moreso just a ‘ I trust you to watch over me as a vulnerable’ type thing. kind of a primal sentiment, but the warmth of it makes sense given that the profession they’re in makes it extremely risky to trust just about anyone.
