Young Justice "Denial" Synopsis & Review

Sooo, no episode today, but that's okay, more anticipations for next week's episode. Anywho, to start out, I would say that this episode was a pretty good one, not exactly rating on the same scale as schooled or drop-zone, but pretty enjoyable none-the-less. I had not really looked into any spoilers, so the appearance of Klarion/Abra Kadabra was a surprise, not to mention Madame Xanadu.

My eyes bugged a little bit when I first heard Klarion's voice, and Abra was a little forgettable, except when his pants disappeared. I was shocked/sad to see Kent Nelson's "passing," but of course, this was instrumental in Kid Flash's journey into the world of faith. He looked pretty good in the suit though, and kudos to the animators/designers for making Doctor Fate look like he had Kid Flash's body shape. And also Kudos to Wally sticking to his guns about his beliefs. It would have been way to easy for the writers to make him extremely passive about his beliefs.

I had mentioned this on the YJ forum, but is Aqualad like... perfect? He found that keyhole in like two seconds on his faith, Although I think it would have been extremely amusing if he never found it. If only he swan-dived into the tower of fate. Also another thing I've noticed like... in lot of places, is that people are all up in arms about Miss Martian's "Hello Megan!" Really? I mean, are people genuinely annoyed by that? She's an alien, cut her some slack! Here's some Miss Martian love: She's green, wears old fashioned clothing, smiles alot, bakes cookies, and did I mention that she's just plain adorable (c'mon, freckles!)? If there's one thing I notice people saying that ruin's an episode, it would be her mannerisms. XD don't be so dramatic. Enjoy the show for what it is and all the work that was put into it.

Of course, everyone's entitled to their opinions, so of course, if you're still annoyed by her, hopefully you can be a little less annoyed. :3 Besides, if Robin is allowed to verbally abuse the english language, then Miss Martian's is most certainly entitled to her own quirks.
