Man I never got the chance to play Left 4 Dead 2 because by the time it came out I had already given up on my Xbox 360 and switched to a PS3. The first Left 4 Dead was a nice gameΒ though.
Funny that the sequel was set in "The South" because I was born and raised in "The South" with all the rednecks and white trash that you expect to come from there. For some reason I was never able to fit in my small town I think maybe the stork who delivered me as a sack baby must have been drunk on the job.

One new zombie game I never bothered to play because it simply looked stupid to me was Dead Island. I thought I would love the game at first when I saw that notorious trailer that looked great with the man and his wife fighting to protect their daughter from zombies and tragically failing but nope that's not the type of likable playable heroes we ended up with and the game pretty much seemed like a fallout 3 ripoff from what I saw. Plus I heard it was buggy as hell and I try to avoid games with bugs and glitches.

I personally love zombie games with that kind of combat like siren blood curse and resident evil outbreak because I always felt it was more realistic especially when playing as average Joe characters who most likely have never handled guns before. Silent Hill games had a lot of that kind of combat too for the same reason .

It's a really good game, pretty much improved on everything L4D1 had. Though some people don't care for the melee and think it's kinda OP, I think it's pretty balanced since having to get so close to enemies is dangerous.

Anyone want to take a guess that there is no Ellis, Coach or Rochelle and that they are just reincarnations of people Nick robbed in the past and in order to survive the zombie hell, he must lose his ego and make peace by keeping them safe...wait...I think I'm confusing Left 4 Dead for Silent Hill...Eh, all I know is there something about Keith that could be Silent Hillish.
