I'm not sure either. She could be one of Harley Quinn's alternate outfits, possibly. That, or the nurses from Silent Hill are the only things that come to mind when I look at this... and the Silent Hill nurses have their faces wrapped and covered.

Hmm...I don't think it's Harley. I'm quite certain that the coil spring pigtails are a trademark of this character. Thanks for the input though...
