Thanks Douglas. I sure do like that paint color. Maybe I'll get my '83 Honda Accord painted just like that.

Seems that this color was not available in 1951, but I did find a 1960 Lincoln- Color Code:E 'Electric Blue' Polyurethane, that could be a match. The Honda is currently painted Ace Hardware 'Medium Gray Gloss' over 1967 Chevrolet- Color Code:MM 'Royal Plum'.
