This is my headcanon version of the heir of rage god tier outfit ([link] )Sorry for the sloppy drawing but i don't have the patience or motivation to make a clean version right now
power (headcanon aswell): As the heir is someon capable of becoming their aspect, the Heir of Rage would most likely slowly become insane, until he goes god tier and is able to control his abilities and use this as a berserk mode on comand. He is also able to use rage to his advantage by throwing his enemies into confusion and desperation.

I'm guessing that it's the stitching, the bandanna, and the rags. Makes the outfit look rugged. However the elegance comes from the Heir aspect which comes from the hood. This combine themselves to make it look like a desert traveler.
