Another movie did have the same design it came out before this one from what i
recall.But i do like the human face in this one the best, still has human traits.

You are indeed correct, sir! The film in question was The Town that Dreaded Sundown, an early slasher flick released in 1974; it featured a killer wearing a burlap sack with two small eye holes. I believe it was loosely inspired by a real-life serial killer responsible for the "Texarcana Moonlight Murders" in the late 1940s.
