Years have gone by, the robocop program has been shut down detroit city is safe enough for regular human cops.
However the program to replicate robocop goes on in secret scientist develope a vaccine to give corpses of dead cops the ability to come to life.Test trials demonstrate they posess super speed super strenght and ability to self heal.
A combination of cybernetics computer programs and daily dose of injections keep them in perfect working condition.
Scientist discovers a glitch in the programs a few of the cops are regaining memories many act out and continue whare they left off they escape the labs into the city.
Due to the crime rate being so low they resorted to using dirty cops who were taken out during drug deals,money laundering,rapist,child malesters,and COP KILLERS many of them were frozen from the past.
Whats worse they are contagious spreading disease by merely breathing, humans become zombies with the same abilitys minus the cybernetics.
The half dead cops take the city down OCP realizes they have a weapon that might resolve the problem, Robocop is activated however robo has limitations he needs to make up for them by taking the injection .
Its a gamble but Robo is unique and very likely able to combat the negative side of the vaccine.The vaccine contain special chemicals giving them super abilitys it also combated necrosis in the dead robo had no such issues but things can change...
