Planning your next move before jumping into a situation you don't fully get... something the Team sometimes struggles with it feels like (I mean, look at all those explosions lol) but something Jen stands firmly behind. If she can help it, she never goes into something without fully looking at it from every possible angle she can. Though she will admit the boys have gotten good at just going into it and figuring it out as they go.And that scares her... and makes her proud.
