Go home, you two! Obviously get yer headgear FIRST but after that, the weird little birb may pass out? Good thing Neyla is here: I'm confident she can carry him. He just stole one of her glasses; he didn't even want it, but he was bored and irritated and it made him feel better to drink it. I think she was too amused to stay mad at him; she didn't even see him do it. Who stole their other stuff? Some dead guy; that's who!

I was compelled to doodle. I had visions of finishing quickly and adding flats with some colored pencils. I intended to change a few things up, but that anatomy ain't no redemption. Yeah, I turned his arm-wing-hands into eldritch abominations but that part was on purpose, that's just wretched bird people with clawed hands hidden underneath their feathers. The rest of it was an accident and being especially lazy with Neyla because her foreshortening screwed me up the most. I shoulda had a reference for her head and arm lol. I wanted to make her snout longer and uhh that didn't quite happen. Also her hand doesn't look comfy at all oops.

I really like some of the fan designs fer them out there but I was honestly trying to get back to the Sly 2 designs and then I decided to include too many details and ruined Arpeggio's Royal Googly Eyes. I actually forgot his stupid little moustache completely then remembered when I looked at a ref fer him and I... I decided to add it in anyway even though it's silly. And yes, I tried to give him eyelashes. He pretty! I'm horrible at expressions; I need to work on that. I wrecked his proportions too... I mean, he is tiny, but I made his head too wide and he's like literally an hourglass shape head to toe. The beak looks like a flamingo.

My next goal, if I ever get to it, is some much simpler doodles guh. I meant this to be more conspiratorial, wicked glances (originally I had Arpeggio glancing at Neyla but I couldn't get her to look at him correctly and he just looked flirty so I changed it le sigh.) I need more images of Arpeggio just existing as a lil bird enjoying or not enjoying life... Got plans fer Clockwerk, General Tsao, and Yakshini/Demon/Ghost Neyla (not actually Clockla though I had some thoughts fer that until I got distracted.) Still intending to finish Felix and Emil some day lol. I may manage to create a couple of super loose doodles and get all these OCs out because there's a bunch: Dimitri's polycule, Emil's family and classmates (Felix is in this group; I might draw more of CJ's fam and Felix's twin), Arpeggio's family and an old friend, and then Tsao's family (his sweet widdle bebes with Neyla and his evil parents... and I know Neyla's fam but I ruined their lives; I guess if I figure it out I can help pull her sister out of there.) And there's a bunch I'm never drawing 'cause I just don't wanna figure out their designs. Fanart and fanfiction is a helluva drug. Aw man, I forgot I wanted to draw some with the KLAWW Gang hanging out with Arpeggio too. He is friend shaped... even if he's filled with betrayal!
