The crowd gathered as the racers prepared their mounts. A mixture of seasoned racers and tourists all babbled in excitement for their nightly entertainment. Jace looked over the Shedu he would be racing this evening. Mudslide, a fairly large, dominant male. The cat looked healthy, sturdy, and would do nicely. Jace was a rider-for-hire. He didn't belong to any particular stable or gang even. He was the odd, seasoned rider in the Perspective Beast races. He glanced around at his competitors and noticed a very brightly clothed rider hanging around with the Chaos League. "He's either really stupid or overly confident." Jace muttered to no one in particular. "What part of 'try not to be noticed' don't some people understand?" Jace shook his head and mounted up. It was time to see what these rookies were made of.
This was originally part 1 of the old PB test, but we never really finished it. So now it's being submitted as an exploration! 8D
