Indeed. Because nothing says sadistic evil medical
love like being shadowed out standing close to each other
with wicked expressions. LOL could be a trifecta pic with
showing the standing together and below up the close ups of their shadowed
out faces. XD And it really suits them both. XD

Truer words have seldomly been spoken I actually started working on something similar as the close up long ago with PK XD
Yup, it could be really neat the way you suggested with the close ups below, or maybe have the close ups on each side of the fullbody? Ah well it will be awesome however it turn out.

Yes, yes......I already have a general outline look
in my head for Cardiac. XD typical-ish hearse with
a light bar, Decepticon style medical symbol with a stripe
down both sides of the alt mode. I'm thinking on his color...
maybe a black Primary with either the stripes being white or
yellow or orange or orangey yellow or yellowy orange. LOL
the light bar could be pumpkiny orange or dark orange. Just
whatever is creepier. XD When inspiration hits, I just can't stop lol
