This was an amazing costume of the antagonist version of Jill from Resident Evil (Biohazard, in Japan), done by an amazing cosplayer. Dead-Pepper (cosplayer) was quite proud of this costume, and she should be. Look at the P30 device on her chest that lights up. Pretty amazing right? Hope you like the photo!

Believe it or not, she made the whole thing. Dead-Pepper has a background in Fashion and Design. She spent quite some time on this outfit. Especially the chest piece.
