Some 10th Doctor Dog concept I came up with. Done in MS paint, glowing effects added on PSP 7. I could care less about anatomy and shading, just wanted to get this idea down.For those of you who haven;t watched it yet, the Doctor Who Christmas special was good. Not the best I've seen, but entertaining.
