Thanks, I was also amazed as I came walking over the hill towards the beach to see this. That area is usually just a wall of gray due to the fog. I was very happy to be able to capture a piece of it.

See how things surprise you? I sometimes make myself walk a path I know, even though I KNOW what it will look like - to be surprised like that. Only to find....I don't have my camera

Definitely, I have had that happen many times. I almost didn't bring my camera with me. Very glad I did. I've been trying to take it most of the time lately, just in case.

I try to take mine too - but I'm a little worried about it being in the car in the cold. I could lug it into school - but then I'm a bit worried about 17 2nd graders around it.....LOL!!!
