I'm still working out his Raichu form.
So have his pikachu form. And he's hiding his face becuz he no like u guys. :I
What a douche.
Oh and if you noticed or not, his tail is flipped the wrong way as a pikachu.
It stays that way for no reason, but he did that to himself and won't tell anybody why.
