Believing to have fallen from the heavens above, Starlight hatched right after Aiko found her in the woods near a small riverbed. She believes Aiko is her mother and stays close to her with little thought of leaving her "mother's" side.
The star hovering over her head is puzzling to Aiko, but Starlight surprisingly knows the use of it, but refuses to use the little object unless it's an emergency. Starlight is like a night light and willingly makes the area light up beautifully when in a joyful mood.
Starlight is a Mute, never saying a single word, not even to Aiko. And because of her inability to speak, Aiko fears that the baby pichu will get herself into dangerous situations when she does not cry for help or scream. So the teen pikachu must found her a bell so there will be a sign she can give when needed.
Since her birth, Chu is unhappy that the runt (Starlight had a birth defect when she hit the ground when she was still an egg) stole her sister and hates the little pichu since then. Ohhh, someone's jealous....
Rai is a little uncomfortable having Starlight come into the family, but Aiko convinced him to let her stay, which made Chu even more pissed, and the Raichu grudgingly agrees for her to stay, for now.

I know I didn't give her her star cheeks, but that's because the shading was coming out wrong and messing up, so next time, I will draw them, so DON'T ASK ABOUT IT!
