Description
Sometime back in October or November, I did a Rouge as some sort of latex witch based on a certain someone's suggestion. Midway through the coloring process, I stopped on it for some reason. Fast forward to last week and I revisited the idea to draw another picture based on that concept. This one I actually finished.
Rouge underwent a few changes compared to how I normally go with her- name she has a bigger head an a different hair (fur) style that I'll try to keep for future renderings.
