This is Gurdon, a little Litwick from CC to light Weaton to bed….

Gurdon is named after both the Marfa Lights in Texas and the Gurdon Light in Arkansas—both lights are instances of unexplained phenomena manifesting as floating lights with no explainable source, and frequently referred to as ghost lights. In addition, they have been covered on shows such as Unsolved Mysteries and Fact or Faked (and most recently in the Marfa Lights case, on the Weather Channel), and all shows have concluded that there is literally no reason for these lights to exist—even giving natural gas or piezoelectricity (two of the most common scientific explanations), all studies have yet to give a natural explanation for the existence of these lights. Which only leaves the supernatural explanations….

Background:

Gurdon might have followed Weaton home one day, which is…kind of concerning….Especially with the way Gurdon was gaslighting Weaton for a few days, freaking him out terribly with the thought that there were ghostlights out in the desert until Yin-Ko went and got to the bottom of everything.

Gurdon enjoys being spooky, but he also prefers to be helpful as well. Thus, he tries very hard not to lead Weaton off of cliffs or things.

Diet:

Marshmallows.

--Likes to randomly float in the distance

--Will spook you but feel bad about it

--Is actually pretty nice for a ghost
