Yeah he was really peed off, not just yawning. Sumatran Tigers are the most aggressive, supposedly. I have never seen an Amur doing that. So it looks as if it's true.

Yeah I live in Scotland.. I did my PhD here and also had two PostDocs in St. Andrews

Sumatra tigers are the smallest but the most aggresive and vicious ones. Thats why I like them. Shame they're almost extinct...
