The lineart on this piece is really clean and nice which I can really appreciate (especially since most digital chibi drawings look better with decent lineart). I do however adore the colors you used! They work and compliment each other really well. One thing I can point out though is the slightly off shading, The location and type of shading could make this piece look even better. The small shade on the neck is smudged (the brush stroke is very obvious).
Other than that this was well-done. Keep up the great work!

You're right! I'm still a newbie when it comes to digital coloring and I find shading a bit hard..
