Thanks: I would like to do some late fall shots in this area, the water is even greener and with allot less people around of course.
The entire color of the area changes drastically

I think I have, but it was many, many years ago. My parents took us on a camping trip to Banff, and I know we went to Lake Louise, I'll have to ask Mom if we went to Moraine Lake as well. If not, then I think a return trip will have to be added of places to go.

It a nice place you would defintly remember it as an adult
It is actually about 5 miles from Lake Louise as the crow flies

The next time I'm able to escape from the saltmine (work) for longer than a long weekend, I think I might like to take a circle tour of parts of the province. There are so many areas that my son hasn't seen, and many more that I've been to but obviously don't remember.
