Getting pretty buff here, big all over - clothes are getting really tight.
Catching a lot of people peak at me in the gym lately- can't really blame them!
Last check in, I could curl a 10kg dumbell for a couple of reps before failure. Now, Im handling the 12kg pretty easily,
I should probably ditch them for the 14's ... or maybe the 16' ???

Since we are making such good progress let's trying slightly increasing the limits a bit!
