Description
This was mostly idea. I had the body of the character drawn out, and figured something long should be eating him. I suggested a couch and he said to make slime come out of the couch like it's dragging him in.

Info:
A slimy substance that can infiltrate any inanimate object making it come to life, with hunger on it's mind. The slime chose to get into a couch which waits for it's prey to sit down and get comfortable.

How It Eats:
It waits for the prey to get comfortable before it opens up the back of cushions where the slime disperses itself on the victim slowly dragging them into the confines of the piece of furniture where the green slime goes to work dissolving the victim.

How To Kill It:
The same way you dry up any type of liquid, with salt. But you have to disguise the bag of salt as a human and wait until it pulls it in and tries to eat the salt, where it will dry up and therefore die.
