Description
Decided to color the sketch finally
I actually liked how this one turned out
The fins were the most fun to color
The hardest part were the little beads floating everywhere
...nearly killed my hand coloring it this morning Orz

beautiful! the wonderful colors, the rays of light as well as the sea and of course the hair is amazing. your attention to detail is far better then mine that i can say, the various colors of her tail look very well blended. 
one thing that I felt was a little off. Her left arm (the one holding the scepter) appears to be missing an elbow or at leas no clear indication of where the joint is. other than that a very solid piece.

I think you could have drawn her face better and with an other expression.
And the flower/cloth thingie on her chest should not be "pointing" to the one who look at the picture. It is hard to explain... ^^ It is draw wrong angle.
But those are just minor mistakes, great work anyway!
