if it were for real I wouldn't have a single complaint in the world! But the gameplay just got so incredibly limited suddenly

Well, your picture here is nicely done, if anything! Has that rich, shiny look as most of your work does, through the careful manipulation of shading and tinting of the colors.

Thanks! I drew this a bit differently though, I drew with a rough brush in only black and white and then put blotches of color ontop of that with different blending options. Was a really quick way but it feels a bit restricted.
