The perspective it's really nice!!! no, it's not nice it's great!!!
the only thing that you could improve is the guy who is saying hello to the girl of the streat, he looks as he is going to falling down in any moment,I'm sure that he would look better if he is less leaning in the balcony.
But it is just a detail, it's not really importand.
i'm making the sevcond part of your homework as soon as i can i will send a note to you with them

This piece is a very good artwork. It's actually better than what I can do, because I can not do backgrounds and perspectives very well if my life depends on it! Good job. All I can says is that if you cleaned the lineart, it would be even more stunning. : ) Kudos to you!~
