Magnificiently monstrous fantasy vision! It reminds me a lot of Warhammer's Chaos, and in particular the Realm of Chaos books The Lost and The Damned, and Slaves to Darkness from the late 1980s (I can recommend checking them out for the sake of their inked artwork).
Great play of contrasts between light and darkness, and freaky details.
