This is my submission for the february ShinXchange, I was chosen to draw =wispy-white-dreamer 's character, Isira.I had alot of fun practicing some more with my lineless colouring. And the feathers were really fun to draw as well. It is a very beautiful and elegant character and I enjoyed drawing her. I hope you like it Wispy! <33
