Welcome to Day 16 of Month of Pokemon.

Well the original pic I had in mind was taking a bit longer than I had hoped, so I pulled out another sketch I had worked on recently just as a back up and so here is Sinnoh Champion, Cynthia with her ace Garchomp.

Cynthia is one of my favorite champions and favorite battles in Gen 4 and yes even in BW/B2W2 as well. Plus I like the idea of Volo's Battle being a homage to her battle in DPPT and also Pokemon Masters EX as Cynthia is paired with Giratina as part of an event prior to the release of Legends Arceus by a whole Month.

Also yes Cynthia will appear in Ethreal Fairy.
