Sayaka is the youngest member of the Zodiac and by far the most fun loving. Very smart and does well in school though she comes across as not being so because she can never be serious. She's very trusting and optomistic, almost overly so, but also impatient. The only time she shows patience is when she's doing her archery or horse back riding. Her parents actually introduced her to archery to try and calm her down. She's an only child of a very busy business man and a doctor, so her bubbly attitude outside is to make up for the fact she often feels alone when she's at home. She sees the other senshi as her big sisters and loves to spend time with them.

Sayaka found the Saggitarius bracelet when she shot an arrow into the woods near her house during practice and went to go find it, and the bracelet was somehow hanging on the arrow.
