YAAAY! it's done! I sat down and did this all in one sitting...about 5 hours haha
but ye I wanted to animate Szan if i were to do another Undertale battle cut, but I wanted to do an attack animation, so I tried to show off y best what I think he'd be able to do in an Undertale-y situation
I think if he were in the game he'd be a secret boss in the True Lab or something XD he's kinda Amagamaty, before the Amalgamates were Amalgamates haha

That's waaaaaaaaay to general a question, I can help you with specific principles of animation, or suggest production methods, but I can't just blanket tell you how to animat. Fortunately there are books such as the Animators Survival Kit that outline all the basic principles. The best way to learn how to do something is to go try it.

well it's pretty easy to make the background all you do is import a picture as your 'background and draw over it
