Alright Let me say that I love how you drew that dragon, I mean it really! The pose, the hair, the eyes and even the smile was amazing. She's just too good to have any problems Now. If of course, you don't want to, I'd say you should try to improve your background. Not that its not great, its just that people know its not real and that can be troubling when entering contests. Why not try practicing drawing them instead of using programs. yes that would be irritating, but how else are you gonna get better? As for the butterfly, Very cute touch I suggest you get a book on different types of butterflies with their pictures on it. Look at them, then try to draw a few of them you like so that next time you're ready
