He's a warrior born in Land Sea Kingdom. He doesn't knew the true parents, so he was adopted by Empress Nealaeno who raised him as son. When he grown up he discover the power of weather: water and lightnings. He wanted to be the next heir of throne, but he felt contempt when survived residents of Pachydermas led by Elephandor and Kiboka moved to Land Sea Kingdom and Empress Nealaeno accept them in their kingdom until he met the Buffalo Champion. He wanted convice Empress Nealaeno and Elephandor to attack El Dara as a payback, but she refused and then he and Buffalo Champion decided to attack El Dara themselves. For his arbitrary action, he was sentenced to a long prison term. Years later, he was freed by Tiraghor, who offered him to join the faction in exchange for helping him take over the Land Sea Kingdom and take Princess Marinelle as his bride, even of he has to get rid of Jarrod. voice actor: Dempsey Pappion (rain's voice in Mortal Kombat 11)
