how do you pull of the Glowing effects in your art work?

The blue energy ball is an image ( pasted above the painting) and then I deleted the overlapping part.

This is really cool Dragoleni~ Haven't seen some Pokemon stuff from you in a while!
I can see all the aspects from all the Pokemon (Virizon the least I'd say, and Absol the most) in this.
(That sprite you made is sweeet!)
Still this is awesome! Love that background, the colouring is great. (That gold, crimson red and black is fabulous.)
(Did you shade with black? It looks like you did to me, I'd say a dark cyan would have gone better as it would have mixed with the background.)
And that glowing orb they are holding looks so good, I think you should have made it light up their arms and surrounding areas a bit though, but that's just me~
