Saw this in bluediscord's feature on wings.
A beautiful picture.
The colour and lighting are excellent, especially the rising sun shining through the thinner skin of the dragon's right wing.
Nice pose with it looking towards the rising light.
Add to that the fantasy background and it all goes together nicely.

Thank you! Β I LOVE the way sunlight passes through things - and I will probably do more once summer comes and I can model things outside. Β This was so much fun to do, and quite challenging at the time to get that light just right. I am so glad you like it!

It's cool seeing you draw an adult dragon instead of the usual baby/small ones. Β The adult looks very good like an actual adult dragon. Β The way the wings are colored makes the wings looked like they are stretched at it's fullest or near to it. Β The spikes on it's face under the horns looks stubby. Β Finally, I like the background as it fits where the dragon is (backgrounds are not my strongest suit for me at times).
