I stuck the Doctor Who joke in there. Since Pyro has that gas mask, and some fans have theorized that it might be Scout's Mom in there. For extra laughs imagine Pyro looking like the original character designs [link]
The story behind the note with pointing Soldier on it is that I got sick of people putting their stuff on top of my precious tablet so I left this note with Soldier so they would read in in his voice. The note was then re-purposed and tacked to the dartboard which was being obscured by several of my large paintings. Touché.
