This is for . She was my 20 watcher and she wanted me to do another South Park Comic.
Basically this is from the episode Mrs. Teacher Bangs a Boy, and Cartman is the hall monitor. He invites Kyle to help catch the teacher who is banging a boy, only in mine he as you can plainely see tries to make Kyle cross dress. 
I am sooo mean to Kyle... and Stan. Poor Stan....
