I don't need to say who this is, only that its brought to you byIt would seem that in a realm of vampires and monsters, she's still a hunter, though a hunter of what exactly at this point is the real question...

Great design. As for what she hunts, maybe she's supposed to act as a peacekeeper between mortals and monsters and is tasked with hunting and neutralizing any threats to that peace.

A hunter of fellow monsters I guess. She might be a Dhampir with magical aptitude thanks to the gauntlet on her right arm, which may or may not be bonded to her soul.

technically, no. a dhampir is the child of a vampire and a human. this is a character who wasn't fully turned into a vampire from a human - so half vampire would be closer.

besides, you should know when I try and say more than a sentence I end up making no sense.
let's see...
I like the expression, and how you incorporated elements of her armour into the dress (which is pretty), and how your emblem in the back looks like a magical symbol, which fits with the glowy finger beam of doom. The vampness is a bit vague, mostly implied by the title, but then thats a hard thing to show.
so, overall and in analysis.... pretty
