I'm from Moscow.
It's not so easy to find a good teacher of Chinese painting here. I was lucky enough to meet Naumova Julia, who lived and worked as a teacher of painting in China.
And of course books, that I can find in Internet.
And a lot of practice. A LOT of practice)).
