Ahh I have always loved this Minkin. One of my favorites actually! You should draw them onto the official ref. I would love to use Bluebell in a future Prompt <3

What I could do, is if you have a traditional sketch of her, I could line art it for you, then you could color it :3
Or I am sure they would allow if you sketched it, for me to line and flat color it for you so you could get the ref up.

Sadly I asked, to make sure no one got in trouble.. they said no. BUT I was told if you draw the picture on paper, draw a black outline, edelilah said you could send it to them and they can put it on the ref for you :3
