My names John Hunt. I'm a 15 year old sophomore in high school. I'm 5'10 and average size with light green eyes, natural black hair and lightly tanned skin. I was just a normal teenager. Trying to pass classes, hanging out with friends and living life to the fullest. Well that's how it was last year, but not since everything changed. This change wasn't a normal change in things. What changed was something that I've known about since the age of seven. I was born in the wrong body, born female but I really was male. Finally after long conversations with mom we agreed that I could start taking the hormone shoots that have been slowly changing me inside and out. The thing about the shoots is that they hurt like hell and now that I started I can't turn back. I've been taking them for a few months now so my build is changing and I'm getting hair in places I've never had it. The good thing about it is that I can finally look in the mirror and not question who I am. Everyday it seems like somethings just changed just a little bit more. Now its almost hard to believe that I once was Joanna Hunt, the only thing that gives hints of what I once was is family pictures with my mom, dad and me which only go up to the age of five when my father died. My mom sometimes says its a shame that those pictures stopped because she clams that I had been a cute child with rosy cheeks and a smile so full of innocence. I know it saddens her to look at them due to missing him so much. He died in a car accident on a cold snowy day when his tires spun out on the road landing his car up side down in a ditch killing him on impact. I remember that day just like it was yesterday. I had been in the car with him paramedics say the only reason why I wasn't kill was because of being so small and sitting in a car seat that was a couple inches higher than my head. When I think back to it I remember the sound of my crying and screaming not realizing what happened and being horrified. I remember the smell of smoke from the engine that almost caught fire if it wasn't for the falling snow.
