Heads up, if you want to be able to show that tie in your entries, you need to purchase a fitting accessory, customize where needed, and put it on the application. Right now Shamus has nothing in his inventory, so he shouldn't be wearing anything when he goes into objectives.

Yeah, really; accessories can't spring up out of nowhere unless they're specified freebies.
I'm afraid there isn't a "starting wad;" the old 5 St at the beginning went away when the official apps were released.Β Prices got changed with dungeons, though, so you can use the 3 St. you get from this event to buy a scarf/bow, then the 2+ St. from the food gauge to customize the shape.
